Hyvät maantieteilijät ja maantieteenmieliset,

Tervetuloa Ouluun Maantieteen päiville 29.-30. lokakuuta 2020. Lisätietoja löytyy päivien kotisivuilta: www.oulu.fi/maantiede/mp2020

Otamme vastaan työryhmäehdotuksia Maantieteen päivien teemaan Ratkaisuja etsimässä liittyen. Myös ehdotukset pääteeman ulkopuolelta huomioidaan.

Ehdotuksia arvioidaan ensimmäisen kerran kesäkuussa, joten mikäli haluat varmistaa oman työryhmäsi Maantieteen päiville, lähetä ehdotuksesi tämän lomakkeen kautta 7.6.2020 mennessä. Työryhmät kuvauksineen julkistetaan tapahtuman verkkosivuilla heti hyväksymisen jälkeen.

Työryhmäehdotusten jättäminen on mahdollista niin kauan kuin ohjelmassa on tilaa, mutta ehdotukset tulee lähettää kuitenkin viimeistään 6.9.

Työryhmän ei tarvitse välttämättä noudattaa perinteistä työryhmärakennetta (3-5 x 15min Powerpoint esitystä per sessio) vaan voit rohkeasti ideoida vaihtoehtoisia tapoja tuoda alasi asiantuntijoita yhteen keskustelemaan tai tuottamaan uutta tietoa tärkeästä aiheesta.

Dear all,

Welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Finnish Geographers that will take place in Oulu in October 29-30th. Find more info on the event website:

We now accept session proposals for the Geography Days. Your proposal should preferably relate to the Days' general theme Searching solutions, but proposals outside the main theme will be taken into consideration as well.

The evaluation of the sessions will begin in June, and in order to secure your session, please, send your proposal by June 7th. The sessions will be published in the Day's website after the acceptance.

You can continue to propose sessions as long as we have session slots available, but the proposal must be sent by September 6th at the latest.

Your session does not need to follow the traditional structure of a session (i.e. 3-5 Powerpoint presentations per session). You can freely use and try out alternative ways of creating discussion and knowledge in your session.
